Reservation and Cancellation Policies:

Please inform time of arriva and flight number if possible.
Aditional person per room, USD 15.
Christmast and New Year's week USD 5. aditional per day and per room
Ask for discounts for more than a week (low season) and more than 10 days (high season)
We request cash only for the total amount of the stay upon arrival. (usd, euro or pesos) Reservations have to be guaranteed by a valid credit card. We welcome Visa, Mastercard and American Express, or by a deposit through Paypal. Payments with Credit Cards are accepted through Paypal only.
Cancellations
Cancellations should be notified via email. Free cancellation up to 15 days pryor to arrival. 50% will be charged between 15 days and 72 hours pryor to arrival. 100% 3 days pryor to arrival or No Show. In the event of an early departure, the entire amount of the reservation will be charged.
Stays between Dec 22nd and January 3rd, any cancellation won't be refundable for the entire stay.
Non Smoking place. Fines of one night rate will be aplied in case of smoking in the rooms or in any part of the property.
